Costa Rica real estate market knowledge.

There is no Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in Costa Rica, so market information and comparables of real estate sold is obtained by brokers with time, networking and specialization, unless you live in the neighborhood you will hardly ever be able to obtain as much information as an established broker can provide.

We have known of cases where buyers ended up paying $400,000 USD more for not consulting with an established broker and buying directly.

Honesty and data verification.

When unethical parties get involved in real estate transactions, we have the integrity, tools, knowledge and network to verify information. We also recommend using common sense at all times.

Hard work.

We are open 7 day a week and work extended business hours to cover all time zones in North America. We also work in a personalized way so if you are interested in certain type of property or price we will work hard to find you that specific request or something similar. We act as transaction brokers and keep following up with sellers and buyers to achieve an agreement.

Experience and knowledge of real estate transactions

I have been involved in real estate since 2006 and operated the CENTURY 21 Elite Realty office from 2007 to 2018 in Playa Herradura, Costa Rica, I started as an agent and moved up, becoming the broker/owner of the office.
